Research on the Talent Training Model of Financial Management Major in Universities Based on the Integration of “Course Certificate Competition”

Abstract: Under the new economic situation, the education of financial management majors in universities is facing problems such as the disconnect between theory and practice, the mismatch between curriculum design and job requirements, and the gap between graduates'application abilities and enterprise needs. This article is based on the integration model of“course certificate competition”, and reconstructs the path of cultivating applied talents by optimizing the curriculum system, innovating teaching methods, and strengthening practical links. Based on the evaluation of the effectiveness of case teaching, it is found that this model can effectively enhance students'practical ability, innovation literacy, and employment competitiveness, providing practical reference for the reform of financial management education in universities.
