Design and Practice of “Task Driven+Third Order Feedback” Teaching Feedback Based on Intelligent Platform—Taking Cross-Border E-commerce Courses as an Example

Abstract: Against the backdrop of rapid development of educational informatization and the strong promotion of smart education construction by the country, traditional teaching feedback models are no longer able to meet the needs of modern education for precision, personalization, and efficiency. This article summarizes the relevant theoretical foundations and proposes a teaching feedback design of“task driven+three-level feedback”, aiming to solve the problems of untimely, inaccurate, and lack of systematic feedback in cross-border e-commerce course teaching; Exploring and improving the teaching feedback design through action research in practice, starting from task driven teaching strategies, to stimulate students'learning initiative; Construct a third-order feedback mechanism, including feedforward, feedforward, and feedback, to comprehensively focus on students' learning process and outcomes; The focus is on how to utilize the advantages of intelligent platforms to achieve intelligent and personalized teaching feedback, providing new ideas and methods for educational reform and helping to promote the development of educational informatization towards a more intelligent and efficient direction.
