Innovation in the Construction Model of Practical Teaching Bases for Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Technology Professionals

Abstract

Abstract: The construction of practical teaching bases for traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology is crucial for talent cultivation. The traditional construction path is facing challenges due to its inability to adapt to the development of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation. In order to break through this situation, we should explore innovative paths, focus on the integrated application of digital technology and intelligent systems, strengthen the integration of industry and education, and adhere to the student-centered teaching philosophy. Innovative practical models include the smart training program of“virtual simulation+practical exercises”, the resource sharing mechanism jointly constructed by schools and enterprises, and the collaborative training model of deep cooperation between schools and colleges. In this process, technical support, development of the teaching staff, and innovation of the curriculum system have become core elements. At the same time, policy support, funding investment, and improvement of the management system are also necessary to comprehensively enhance the level of talent cultivation in the field of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology.
