Construction and Improvement of the Collaborative Education Mechanism in the Integration of Industry and Education of Media Majors

Abstract: Faced with the transformation and development of the media industry, media majors urgently need to deepen the integration of industry and education, innovate collaborative education paths, and solve the problem of talent cultivation. On the basis of analyzing the difficulties of industry education integration and collaborative education in media majors, this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of building a community of interests, innovating talent training models, strengthening the construction of“dual teacher”teaching staff, improving multi-party collaboration mechanisms, and building high-quality platforms. Research has shown that media majors need to actively adapt to new trends in industry development, coordinate resources from all parties, improve collaborative education mechanisms, promote the organic connection between talent chains and industry chains, and provide new paths for cultivating high-quality media talents with both morality and talent.
