Abstract: ：Aiming at the problem of the separation of“teaching and application”and“teaching and learning”in traditional teaching of Machine Learning, an advanced educational concept is proposed, which is student-centered, teacher led, and driven by multi-level cases. By utilizing the Learning Platform as an implementation tool, the integration of“online + offline”, the fusion of “theory+practice”, and the connection between“in class+out of class”can be achieved. The research results indicate that the coupling teaching mode of“theory-case-practice”theory and practice has improved students'hands-on practical ability; The extended classroom of“pre class-classroom-post class”has promoted personalized learning for students, achieved precise teaching of the course, and played a positive role in improving the teaching quality of the machine learning course.
