Research on the Influence of Zhang Jian's Industrial Education Thought on the Integration of Industry and Education in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract: The integration of industry and education in higher vocational colleges is not only an effective model to realize resource sharing and complementary advantages, but also the core way to improve the quality of higher vocational education and enhance the adaptability and competitiveness of vocational education. By reviewing the industrial education thoughts of Mr. Zhang Jian, a modern industrialist and educator, we can obtain the following insights: setting up majors focused on industrial development trends, advancing both knowledge and practice, integrating work and education, constructing a virtual simulation practical teaching platform, and basing on regional development to serve the local economy. Thus, it can guide higher vocational colleges to accelerate the building of a strong country in education, science and technology, and talent.
