Abstract: With the rapid development of economy and the continuous upgrading of industrial structure, the integration of industry and education, as a development model that closely combines industry and education, provides a new idea for talent training. As an important carrier to promote the integration of industry and education in the field of education, the productive training base provides a practical platform for the apprenticeship talent training. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the apprenticeship talent training mode based on the productive training base. This paper aims to improve the training quality of skilled talents and meet the needs of industrial development by exploring the construction value, constraints and optimization path of apprenticeship talent training mode based on productive training bases under the background of the integration of industry and education.
