Research on the Difficulties and Countermeasures in Training Public-funded Normal Students in Preschool Education in Local Normal University——Take Hainan Province as an Example

Abstract: According to the policy for the training of public-funded normal students of the Ministry of Education, Hainan Province has implemented the policy of public-funded normal students at the specialist level since 2016.After several years of implementation, many problems have been faced during the training process, such as the serious imbalance of the gender ratio of the students; the lack of strong professional beliefs and the lack of rural plots.In order to improve the quality of talent training, it is necessary to adjust the admissions policy and reasonably determine the gender ratio of the students; improve the talent training program and improve the professional identity; based on the theory of meaningful learning, combine internal and external driving forces.
