Thoughts on the Construction of Teaching Quality Monitoring and Evaluation System in Vocational Colleges

Abstract: In order to promote the reform of higher vocational education and improve the quality of talent cultivation, higher vocational colleges need to combine the current development level and direction of higher vocational education, further optimize the monitoring of teaching quality, and enhance the modernization level of teaching management. Following the principles of scientificity, comprehensiveness, and dynamism, the construction of the teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system in vocational colleges can be targeted from improving the quality evaluation standards throughout the entire process of talent cultivation, establishing a professional“external evaluation and internal control”evaluation system, establishing an efficient and convenient digital platform for quality monitoring, and establishing a mechanism for graduate information feedback and social evaluation to promote the continuous improvement of talent cultivation quality.
