Application Strategies of Experiential Teaching in University Safety Education

Abstract: In today's society, safety education in universities is crucial, and traditional teaching methods have certain limitations in safety education, making it difficult to fully meet students'needs for mastering safety knowledge and improving practical skills. This article explores the application strategies of experiential teaching in safety education in universities. By implementing experiential teaching, designing diverse scenarios, introducing real cases, utilizing virtual technology, conducting emergency drills, combining interactive games, and leveraging intelligent platforms, it can effectively enhance students'practical skills, enhance their safety awareness, stimulate their learning interest, and promote their internalization of knowledge. At the same time, in order to ensure the effective implementation of experiential teaching, resources and personnel are also needed to create a good safety education atmosphere and safeguard the safety of university students.
