Training and Exploration of Innovative Abilities in “Multi-Dimensional” Case-Based Approach for Agricultural and Commercial-Oriented Graduate Students

Abstract: Based on the development orientation of business administration disciplines and relying on the agricultural and scientific advantages of the university, this paper aims to cultivate innovative management talents by proposing a“multi-dimensional”innovation capability training program for agricultural and commercial-oriented graduate students in business administration disciplines. Firstly, it defines the connotation of“multi-dimensional”innovation capability training for agricultural and commercial-oriented graduate students. Secondly, it constructs a reform plan through resource empowerment, faculty empowerment, school-enterprise empowerment, and psychological empowerment, to achieve practical innovation, scientific research innovation, teaching innovation, and moral education innovation, thereby achieving the high-quality development goals of significant improvement in practical abilities, enhanced innovation capabilities, improved teaching quality, and significant achievements in the construction of the teaching staff in the cultivation of agricultural and commercial-oriented graduate students. Thirdly, it deepens reform practices to implement reforms in student cultivation, team building, teaching upgrades, and innovation enhancement. This paper aims to cultivate innovative management talents who understand agriculture, love agriculture, promote agriculture, and assist agriculture, thus contributing to the revitalization of rural talents.
