Exploration and Practice of Master’s Degree Students’ Innovative Ability Cultivation Model of “Five in One” of “Government Industry Academia Research Application” from the Perspective of Collaborative Innovation

Abstract: Currently, in order to enhance comprehensive national strength and achieve high-quality development, the demand for innovative talents in society is increasing day by day. As an important force in the future economic construction, master's students not only need to master professional knowledge, but also possess corresponding innovative abilities. Therefore, to cultivate the innovative ability of master's students through the“five in one”education model of“government, industry, academia, research and application”, corresponding improvement measures should be proposed based on the existing research foundation and the problems existing in the collaborative innovation perspective, providing new ideas for improving the existing education system.
