Exploring the Path of Cultivating Innovative Talents from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity

Abstract

Abstract: Innovative talents are an important force in promoting the development of new quality productivity and promoting high-quality economic development. This article starts with the connotation and characteristics of new quality productivity, analyzes the dialectical relationship between new quality productivity and innovative talents, and proposes a training path for innovative talents from the perspective of new quality productivity. From strengthening top-level design, promoting interdisciplinary integration, improving the talent training system, optimizing teacher team construction, and creating an innovative atmosphere, it further broadens the channels for cultivating innovative talents and empowers the development of new quality productivity.
