Abstract: This article takes the spirit of relevant documents such as“20 Articles on Vocational Education”as the starting point, deeply analyzes the problems that arise in the construction of structured teaching innovation teams in vocational colleges, and proposes a new path for the construction of structured teaching innovation teams in professional groups under the mechanism of school enterprise collaborative innovation. In terms of innovation in team governance system, establish the“11248”team governance system; In terms of innovative team building models, we aim to create a team building model of“leading by geese, integrating one body and two wings, and integrating six elements and four elements”; In terms of ability enhancement methods, the establishment of the“four-wheel drive”team ability enhancement method provides a new approach and implementation path for the construction of professional group structured teaching innovation teams.
