Research on Improving the Integrated Innovation Ability of Graduate Students Based on Interdisciplinary Cooperation

Abstract: This article provides an in-depth analysis of the impact of interdisciplinary collaboration on graduate students' integrated innovation capabilities, such as transforming thinking patterns, promoting knowledge expansion and integration, and enhancing team collaboration and communication skills. However, at present, interdisciplinary cooperation also faces the problems of disciplinary differences and imperfect evaluation systems. To enhance the integrated innovation ability of graduate students through interdisciplinary cooperation, this article proposes targeted suggestions to strengthen the interdisciplinary education system, build interdisciplinary communication platforms, and improve evaluation and incentive mechanisms, in order to provide useful references for talent cultivation in universities.
