Research on the Training Mode of Application-Oriented Undergraduate Talents Based on Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation—Take the Robot Engineering Major of Hebei University of Water Resources and Electric Engineering as an Example

Abstract: In order to train high-quality technical talents to meet the needs of economic and social development, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current application-oriented undergraduate talent training mode, such as the mismatch between the school talent training and the needs of enterprises, the weak practical ability of students and teachers, and the insufficient integration of production and education. According to the problems, the talent needs of Cangzhou and its surrounding areas are investigated. Starting from the reform of theoretical teaching and practical teaching, the practical ability of students and teachers is improved, the cooperation between schools and enterprises is deepened, the collaborative innovation of industry-university-research is promoted, and technical talents are cultivated to serve the local development.
