Abstract: In the context of rapid development of artificial intelligence technology, the composition and educational models of mechanical engineering faculty teams are undergoing significant transformations. Based on practical experience and relevant research analysis of faculty composition and current status, further analysis indicates that faculty teams influence the skill training of mechanical engineering students through diversity in structure and breadth of expertise, modernization of teaching philosophies and methods and interdisciplinary cooperation and research. On this basis, strategies for optimizing mechanical engineering faculty teams are proposed. The implementation of these strategies not only optimizes the structure of the faculty teams but also significantly enhances the students'learning skills.
