Cultivation Path of Digital Literacy for University Teachers under the ChatGPT Technology Boom

Abstract: Improving the digital literacy of teachers is the key to promoting the digital transformation of education, and it is also a key, hot, and difficult point for the sustainable development of higher education at present. This article outlines the era value and problems of cultivating digital literacy for teachers under the background of digital transformation. It focuses on exploring the practical path of ChatGPT technology empowering teachers with digital literacy, proposing a“trinity”teaching philosophy, building a“theory practice integration”cultivation path, creating a“four-wheel drive”training mechanism, and constructing a“5+X”digital teaching effectiveness evaluation system to further promote the implementation of the teacher digital literacy framework.
