Research on the Classified Training Method of Integrated Circuit Talents in the Post-Moore’s Law Era

Abstract

Abstract: In the Post-Moore’s law era, integrated circuit technology faces greater challenges, and the cultivation of integrated circuit talents as the industry’s primary resource is crucial for industrial development. By analyzing the demand for integrated circuit talents in the Post-Moore’s law era in China and combining it with the talent cultivation practice of Tianjin University, a classification training method for integrated circuit talents o is proposed, and a new pattern of talent cultivation that integrates industry and education and collaborates with education is constructed. The reform of talents classification training methods is beneficial for the development of integrated circuit talents and industrial innovation.
