Innovation and Research on Talent Cultivation in Smart Health and Elderly Care Services and Management

Abstract: With the rapid expansion of the elderly care industry, there is an urgent need for elderly care service talents. However, China's elderly care service talent market has not yet formed, leading to a shortage of professional talents in the elderly care industry such as elderly care service institutions. In this environment, how to cultivate elderly care service professionals has become a key concern. This article analyzes the demand for industry positions, talent positions, and training directions in the field of smart health and elderly care services and management from three aspects: big data research, enterprise research, and university research. It provides reference and basis for better talent cultivation in the field of smart health and elderly care services and management.
