Exploration on the Strategy of Interactive Development of School Enterprise Human Resources in Higher Vocational Tourism Education

Abstract

Abstract: The close cooperation between Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises can promote the interactive development of school enterprise human resources and realize the win-win situation of Higher Vocational Colleges and enterprises. Based on this, this paper starts with the concept and function of interactive development of school enterprise human resources in Higher Vocational Tourism Education, analyzes the existing problems in the development process, and finally gives the effective measures to develop human resources.
