Abstract: At present, there are many loopholes in the management of students' ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges all over the country, and these problems have hindered the development of higher vocational colleges and even brought difficulties to the ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges. At the same time, because the management of students in higher vocational colleges is not in place, the aim of cultivating students' quality education has not been achieved. Therefore, the integration and development of student management and ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges can improve the overall quality of students, and can effectively help students grow healthily in body and mind.
