Abstract: The high innovation, strong penetration, and wide coverage of the digital economy's characteristics determine that digital talent is the core driving force for enterprise digital transformation. The innovation of talent cultivation models for digitalization in the exhibition industry stems from two aspects. On the one hand, it is a response to the huge challenges brought about by the imbalance between supply and demand for digital talent, as well as the different frequencies of education and industrial development. On the other hand, it is a response to strong demand for digital talent brought about by the digitalization of the industry's development. A new talent cultivation model for digital operation and management in the exhibition industry should be established based on talent profiling, guided by talent cultivation philosophy, oriented by industry demand, and centered on a curriculum system of“big courses + openness + structure”.
