In the new medical under the background of medical education innovation, strengthen the construction of medical school tutor team is particularly important, by improving the tutor barriers to entry, improve the tutor training system, optimize the tutor evaluation mechanism and build guide security system, improve the overall level of tutor team, so as to improve the quality of graduate training, promote medical personnel training and the new era of social needs.
