Research on the Construction of Graduate Tutors in Medical Colleges under the Background of New Medical Science

Abstract

Abstract: The graduate tutor assumes the important responsibility of high-level talent training, and the level of the tutor team directly affects the quality of talent training. In the new era, the requirements of tutors are increasingly high, and the guidance relationship also faces many new challenges. In the new medical under the background of medical education innovation, strengthen the construction of medical school tutor team is particularly important, by improving the tutor barriers to entry, improve the tutor training system, optimize the tutor evaluation mechanism and build guide security system, improve the overall level of tutor team, so as to improve the quality of graduate training, promote medical personnel training and the new era of social needs.
