Abstract: The construction of innovation and entrepreneurship culture system in higher vocational colleges and universities is not only the requirement of responding to the national innovation-driven development strategy, but also the inevitable choice of the development of the times. The article describes the significance of innovation and entrepreneurship culture system construction in higher vocational colleges, analyzes the problems existing in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges, constructs the structure and elemental framework of innovation and entrepreneurship culture system of higher vocational colleges and universities with“four-domain fusion”, and imports from the introduction of innovation and entrepreneurship culture atmosphere, innovation and entrepreneurship education, innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform, and innovation and entrepreneurship system. It also gives the construction path of innovation and entrepreneurship culture system in higher vocational colleges from the four aspects of importing innovation and entrepreneurship culture atmosphere, innovation and entrepreneurship education, innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform and innovation and entrepreneurship system.
