Research on Teaching Reform of Integration of Professional Education and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Social Work Profession Based on OBE Concept

Abstract: Social work is a more practical profession, this feature is the basement of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education of social work. Student center, output oriented and continuous improvement are the core of OBE (Outcomes-Based Education) concept. It is necessary to reform the teaching of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education of social work. The practice difficulty lies in the lack of teachers of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, the detaching of professional education from innovation and entrepreneurship education, the habits of teacher center unchangeable and the effect of output oriented difficult evaluation. Finally, it puts forward the path of teaching reform of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education of social work.
