Research on the Collaborative Education Talent Training Model Based on the Analysis of Talent Integration Situation in the Yangtze River Delta

Abstract: In order to meet the new demand for high-level innovative talents in the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta economy, this article explores the a framework and practical path for the integrated talent cultivation model of the Yangtze River Delta based on“alliance leadership, shared construction, and collaborative opening”through a joint analysis of various factors (advantages, disadvantages, and opportunities). It mainly elaborates on the“school enterprise land”alliance leadership, as well as the strategies for building a shared service platform for“joint construction, sharing, education, and service”and the curriculum resources integrating industry, education, and innovation. The proposed talent cultivation model can not only serve the Yangtze River Delta region, but also provide new ideas for integrated talent cultivation in other regions.
