Abstract: Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is a systematic project of smooth flow and efficient allocation of educational mechanisms, theoretical courses, practice platforms, teachers and other elements. Among them, the construction of the teaching staff of innovation and entrepreneurship education plays a key role in enhancing the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of college students and improving the training program of innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Through the construction of“management”teachers, improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education mechanism; To build a team of“research-oriented”teachers and deepen the theory of innovation and entrepreneurship education; Construction of “double-qualified”teachers and optimization of innovation and entrepreneurship theory courses; Build a“guiding”teacher team, consolidate the innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform and other ways to build the main cultivation and construction of the teacher team, change the overall layout of the teacher team with the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability as the center, improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum construction to help deepen the teaching and research of the teacher team, and promote the development and application of diversified capabilities of the teacher team with the incubation of innovation and entrepreneurship results as the goal.
