Abstract: In the face of the increasingly severe employment pressure, colleges and universities to strengthen the mass entrepreneurship and innovation education and the practice of mass entrepreneurship and innovation management, innovation management mechanism, actively encourage college students to start their own businesses after graduation, with entrepreneurship to promote employment, to ease the employment pressure, the practical significance of great significance. This paper analyzes the current situation of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in colleges and universities, studies the promoting effect of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education on the employment quality of college students in China, analyzes the existing problems in the development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities in China, and puts forward innovative ideas for the reform of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education, so as to better promote the successful entrepreneurship of college students and promote employment.
