Study on the Construction of the Curriculum System of Mother and Child Nursing in Higher Vocational Colleges and Universities for Enrollment of Social Workers

Abstract: To construct a curriculum system suitable for mother and child nursing majors in higher vocational colleges in the context of social enrollment. The framework of the curriculum system of higher vocational mother and child nursing specialty was constructed through job analysis, combined with the literature study method and semi-structured interview method, and 2 rounds of expert correspondence were conducted by using the Delphi method. The response rate and validity rate of the questionnaire in the 2 rounds were 100%. The curriculum system of mother and child nursing in higher vocational colleges for social enrollment was constructed with 4 primary indicators, 6 secondary indicators, and 30 tertiary indicators. This curriculum system is constructed scientifically and reliably, and it can lay the foundation for comprehensive, vertical and in-depth teaching reforms for the cultivation of mother and baby nursing professionals and the construction of mother and baby nursing professional group in higher vocational colleges under the background of social personnel enrollment.
