Abstract: The traditional organic chemistry experimental courses in universities have problems such as students'poor previewing effect, lack of understanding of experimental principles. Virtual simulation experiments have the characteristics of safety, low cost, intuitiveness, dispersed students, and openness at any time. The application of virtual simulation technology in organic chemistry experimental teaching has increased students'interest in organic chemistry experiments, deepened their understanding of experimental principles, through the reform of experimental preview, experimental operation process, experimental teaching ideas, and course assessment system. Combining virtual simulation technology with organic chemistry experimental operations to cultivate students' professional literacy and ability to delve into science, think independently, and continuously innovate.
