Integration of Industry and Education Training Mode of Electrical Engineering under the New Engineering Background

Abstract

Abstract: The construction of new engineering brings new requirements and challenges to the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities, and the integration of industry and education is an important part of it. Based on the new requirements, in this paper, taking the new industry development demand as the main line, this paper probes into the implementation experience of the integration of industry and education in the cultivation of electrical engineering talents in the new situation, from different aspects including the goal of talent training, reform of curriculum system, the enhancement of the innovation and entrepreneurship ability and the construction of teaching staff.
