Abstract: Against the backdrop of the intelligent era, the employment of college graduates faces problems such as a mismatch between educational supply and market demand, a mismatch between vocational skills and job requirements, and a mismatch between personal practice and career development. By aligning with industry demands, expanding employment channels, empowering students with digital skills to enhance employment service levels, stimulating innovative vitality, actively exploring new avenues for development, reinforcing the lifelong learning mindset and digital skills training, and promoting the transformation of the talent cultivation paradigm in universities, these measures aim to assist college graduates in enhancing their employability and achieving high-quality, full employment.
