Abstract: Combine scientific research and talent training to solve the problem of“two skins”between scientific research and teaching. With the idea of integration of science and education, collaborative education, and practice strengthening, we have constructed a training system centered on the cultivation of innovation ability, promoting learning by research and promoting behavior by learning. In this paper, we take chemistry undergraduates as the target, and analyze the reality and problems of undergraduates'scientific research and innovation ability cultivation. Through the construction of teaching mode led by innovation ability, promoting and optimizing undergraduate tutor system and establishing long-term mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation and other measures, the cultivation of undergraduates'innovation ability can be effectively enhanced.
