Abstract: Party affairs organizers in universities represent a party-building team which specializes in the development of Party membership and the management and education of Party members. They give full play to the role of Party affairs organizers in ideological and political education of college students, and help to implement the fundamental task of “strengthening moral education and cultivating civic virtue” and to ensure the ideological and political education are carried out throughout every stage, every process and every aspect of university life. This thesis proposes the basic content and working path of Party affairs organizers in conducting ideological and political education of college students. By proceeding the “Four major classrooms”, Party affairs organizers provide universities students with ideals and beliefs education, patriotism education, moral education, and motivation and practice education.
