Research on the Strategy of Curriculum Construction for Kindergarten Management in Applied Undergraduate Colleges—Taking a Certain School as an Example

Abstract: Kindergarten management in undergraduate colleges is a fundamental course that promotes the high-quality development of kindergarten management. By constructing a curriculum content system based on the concept of“practical orientation”, relying on the Chaoxing Learning Platform to carry out“two-dimensional and three-stage”blended teaching, using learning task sheets to explore task driven teaching, integrating human resources in early childhood education to build a dual teacher team, and conducting course evaluations in response to student participation and learning effectiveness, measures are taken to ensure the quality of kindergarten management curriculum construction. To further improve the quality of curriculum construction, university teachers need to strengthen learning to enhance digital literacy, explore emotional generation points to harmonize teacher-student relationships, and improve practical methods to build practicality for preschool education majors.
