Exploring the Realistic Dilemma and Solution Strategies of the Integration of “1+X” Certificate System and Course Certificates in Vocational Colleges

Abstract: Since the promulgation of the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan, the“1+X” certificate system has been implemented for nearly five years. It is an important support for the connection between academic education and vocational skill training, an institutional innovation to promote the development of vocational education types, and an inherent requirement of the intelligent era for the reform of vocational education talent training models. Starting from the background of the implementation of the“1+X”certificate system, this article explores the significance of implementing the“1+X”certificate pilot work, analyzes the problems existing in the current implementation of the“1+X”certificate system pilot work in terms of curriculum integration,“dual teacher”teacher quality improvement, certificate assessment and issuance standards setting, as well as subsequent investment and guarantee measures, and proposes corresponding solutions to promote the further deepening of the“1+X”certificate system pilot work.
