Research on the Innovation of Training Mode of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents of Public Management in Universities

Abstract

Abstract: Cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial public management talents is the objective need of social development, which is in line with the new demand for talents in the era of“mass innovation and entrepreneurship”. In order to better improve the training quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in public management, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the training process of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in public management specialty from the aspects of social needs, innovation and entrepreneurship links, software and hardware support, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. The results could provide reference for the innovation of the innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode in public management and the promotion of the training quality of innovation and entrepreneurship”talents in public management.
