Establishment of an Evaluation System of Performance Appraisal for Application-Oriented Private Undergraduate College——Taking Xi'an Technology and Business College as an Example

Abstract: Establishing a performance appraisal system for teachers in colleges is an effective way to improve the quality of teachers'teaching and their abilities. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the existing performance assessment and evaluation system for university teachers, this study starts from five aspects of teaching work, teaching and research work, scientific research work, social service and teachers'ethics, constructs an evaluation system of performance appraisal for application-oriented private undergraduate colleges. The teacher's performance appraisal evaluation system comprehensively evaluates the teacher's performance appraisal by determining the comprehensive weight of various indexes based on AHP analysis, in order to provide a reference for promoting the development of college teacher performance appraisal system.
