Research on the Integration and Development of the “Three Chains” of Education, Industry and Innovation—Taking the Construction of Qin Chuang Yuan Innovation-Driven Platform in Shaanxi Province as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: The report of the 20th Party Congress proposed to“promote the deep integration of the innovation chain, industry chain, capital chain and talent chain”, which fully reflects the urgent need for the integration of education, science and technology and talent development in China. At present, there is still a disconnection between the three chains in China, the ineffective integration of resources and the lack of innovation momentum. This paper summarises and analyses the countermeasures and methods to promote the integration and development of the“three chains”in Shaanxi Province in the context of the Qin Chuang Yuan original driving platform, from the perspective of the“three chains”mechanism, to provide useful references for better promoting science and technology innovation and economic development.
