Research on the Training Mode of Digital Business Talents with Multi-Disciplinary Integration

Abstract

Abstract: Under the background of the rapid development of social digitalization, the talent training mode of single discipline no longer meets the needs of the development of today's social situation, and the talent training mode of interdisciplinary integration will become the main way to train high-quality compound innovative talents in the future. Based on this background, this paper aims at many problems in the process of talent training in digital commerce, based on the interdisciplinary frontier, improves the training mode of compound talents, builds a multidisciplinary integration training system, and puts forward corresponding reform measures to further improve the quality of talent training in digital commerce.
