Abstract: Objective To explore the correlation of clinical educators'teaching behavior with learning strategies and risk behaviors of nursing interns. Methods Totally 320 nursing interns were recruited by Nursing Clinical Teacher Effective Inventory (NCTEI), College Students Learning Strategy Scale (CSLSS) and Nursing Students'Risk Behaviors of Error (NSRBE). Results The score of clinical educators'effective teaching behavior was significantly correlated with learning strategies (r=0.593, P<0.01) and risk behaviors (r=0.146, P<0.01) of nursing interns. Conclusions clinical educators'effective teaching behavior has significant impact on nursing students'learning strategies and risk behaviors.
