Abstract: A modern industrial college is an important carrier for the deep integration of industry and education. It is a collaborative education platform that integrates industry, academia, research, and application, and is built by multiple entities of government, school, administration, and enterprise. This article is based on the theory of symbiosis and analyzes the symbiotic system of modern industrial colleges from three dimensions: symbiotic units, symbiotic modes, and symbiotic environment. In response to the problems of poor resource sharing, insufficient motivation for co construction and sharing, and unclear policy support for cooperation and co construction among various units of the modern industry college, it is proposed to build a mechanism for co construction of symbiotic units, establish a symmetric and mutually beneficial symbiotic model of multiple entities, and create a symbiotic environment for collaborative co construction of the modern industry college.
