Analysis and Suggestions on the Demand for Applied Talents in Marketing in the Sauce Wine Industry

Abstract: Under the guidance of relevant government policies, China's soy sauce industry has entered a new stage of development. Currently, and the demand for marketing talents is growing day by day. This article analyzes the current demand for marketing talents in the development of the sauce wine industry, and conducts on-site research on some sauce wine enterprises in Renhuai City. It clarifies the three important abilities that marketing talents need to possess, including professional ability, comprehensive ability, and innovation ability. Finally, specific paths for cultivating marketing talents'abilities are proposed from the government level, enterprise level, and university level.
