National Integrated Circuit Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Promotes Innovative Training and Innovation Capability Cultivation in College Students

Abstract: In this paper, the Chinese government attaches great importance to the development of the IC industry and has put forward a series of encouraging and supporting policies, one of which is the national IC innovation and entrepreneurship competition, aimed at promoting technological innovation and talent cultivation in the field of IC in China. Taking the national IC innovation and entrepreneurship competition as an example, this paper explores how to promote college students'innovative training and innovation through teaching reform. Given the unique nature of the national college students integrated circuit innovation and entrepreneurship competition and the demand for talent cultivation in the field of electronic packaging technology in the era of new engineering, this paper proposes a thinking centered on the national college students integrated circuit innovation and entrepreneurship competition in terms of cultivating innovation thinking and ability of college students. The analysis shows that this proposal is consistent with the new ideas for talent cultivation in China in the new era. The national college students innovation and entrepreneurship competition aims to promote the formation of college students'innovative thinking methods, effectively stimulate students'interest and enthusiasm for innovation, and promote students'creativity.
