Simulate a “Real”Business Environment for Students—Application of Virtual Reality Simulation Experiment Technology in Teaching Enterprise Social Work Course

Abstract: Virtual reality simulation experiment technology is a new technology of experimental teaching emerged in recent years, the essence of which is to use virtual technology to achieve the imitation of the“real”business environment. As an enterprise social work course that cultivates students to master the basic knowledge and professional skills to work in the profit sector, there is always a dilemma of disconnection with the real enterprise environment in its teaching process, and there is an urgent need to reform the course teaching with new experimental technologies such as virtual simulation. This paper takes“simulating the‘real’enterprise environment for students”as the core argument, and analyzes the real dilemma and reform direction of the experimental teaching of enterprise social work courses through an overview of the application of experimental teaching technology in social work courses, and focuses on the use of virtual simulation to simulate the“real”enterprise environment. The discussion revolves around the simulation of“real”corporate environment with virtual simulation technology, and puts forward useful thoughts for improving the teaching and talent training of corporate social work in social work faculties.
