Research on the Monitoring Strategy of Mixed Course Teaching Quality Management under the Result-Oriented Concept

Abstract: Hybrid teaching is a great change to the traditional teaching mode. Effectively monitoring the quality of hybrid teaching is an important task for the quality monitoring department of colleges and universities. At present, there are some problems in mixed teaching, such as unscientific curriculum design, difficult online monitoring, insufficient information level and imperfect evaluation mechanism. Achievement education is a kind of importance to students learning achievement education idea, hybrid curriculum reform need to implement the results oriented education idea, this paper puts forward the optimization of hybrid curriculum design, rich evaluation subject, reform evaluation method, strengthening information technology teaching quality management monitoring strategy, so as to better promote teachers to carry out personalized teaching, improve the quality of classroom teaching.
