Practice of Training Vocational College Students’Employability by“Integrations of Posts,Courses,Competitions and Certificates”—Taking Industrial Design as an Example

Abstract: There are some problems in industrial design talent cultivation in vocational school, such as the mismatch between curriculum system and post demand, and the lack of systematic and stable participation of social forces in talent training. Through the reform and innovation of industrial design curriculum, the construction of intelligent design innovation platform, the establishment of two-level studios for university-enterprise joint training, participation in different levels of vocational skills verification and competition, to cultivate students'professional foundation and job core skills in the method of“integrations of posts, courses, competitions and certificates”, so that students can form a good job cognition and professional quality.
