Exploration and Practice of Mixed Teaching Reform in the Background of First-Class Undergraduate Curriculum Construction—A Case Study of Food Economy and Policy Course for Agricultural Economics Major in Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education

Abstract: The construction of first-class undergraduate courses is an important measure to promote the reform of education and teaching in China, and the implementation of online and offline mixed teaching reform is the path choice to implement the construction of first-class undergraduate courses. This paper explores the connotation development and the theoretical analysis framework of blended teaching, combined with the construction of first-class undergraduate courses to explore the reform of blended teaching, it is proposed that we should change traditional teaching concepts, based on the education and teaching concept of“student development as the center”, systematically plan and design online and offline mixed teaching activities, and strengthen the deep integration of online learning and offline classroom. At the same time, the acquisition ability and channels of online teaching resources are innovatively expanded, in order to promote the teaching reform process of first-class undergraduate courses of online and offline hybrid, and provide case reference for the teaching reform of other similar courses.
