Study on the Cultivation of the New Engineering Talents Based on the Integration of University and Enterprise

Abstract: In the background of the new engineering education reform, as the growing demand for inter-disciplinary talents in engineering, the cultivation of the new engineering talents is studied based on the integration of university and enterprise. With the goal of cultivating national craftsmen in the new era, the innovation is emphasized in collaborative education and the ability training is combined with the development needs of the industry. The promotion of high-quality talents is analyzed. By refining the core elements of personal training in engineering, the cultivation channel of outstanding craftsmen is explored and the connotation of high-quality talent cultivation is enriched. For the purpose of cultivating national craftsmen, this paper elaborates on the practical driving force for promoting integrated and collaborative education, as well as the strategic significance of engineering education practice based on the integration of university and enterprise. The studied results provide improvement ideas for the training strategy of the new engineering talents, and supplied the reference for relevant universities practice.
